SING OUT, LOUISE!

Internets, Tid Bit No Comments »

I know it is annoying when people talk too much about their children or their adorable little dogs (huh??)… but I have to brag on Mary for just a bit.

I am so glad that one of us is able to make it in this profession. I don’t have the stomach for the icky politics of it all… But Mary?! She is so awesome… Here are some reasons why:

This is a piece that she choreographed to a song by the White Stripes.

Here she is singing “Are You Still Holding My Hand” by Paul Scott Goodman at The Girly Show, a benefit concert at the University of Michigan in December of 2008.

And here she is singing a duet called Freedom (Mary is on the left)

There is no accounting for any other performances you may see here… but Mary ROCKS! I think we have our very own Mama Rose to thank… :)

I HAD A DREAM! I DREAMED IT FOR YOU, BABY! IT’S GONNA COME TRUE, BABY!

Meet Me in St. Louis!!

Travel No Comments »

Yay! I just have to brag for a moment. Mary auditioned for summer stock in St. Louis and got it! Similarly to how she spent last summer in Pittsburg, she will be performing in St. Louis all summer in 42nd St, Meet Me in St Louis, Music Man, and Hairspray.

I am so proud and can’t wait to go see her!!
