Ahhhh…. Easter… a very anti-animal friendly holiday. Mum and I spent the afternoon at my Aunt Vickie’s house. Vickie is famous for a large spread of Food Network inspired recipes. Her dishes are always fabulous looking and very tasty, albeit not always healthy or animal friendly. This holiday I did notice a few more meatless dishes which I appreciated. She also had a Glazed Ham to which I didnt give much attention.
I didn’t have any of my own recipes to post and am rather late in writing this. But I wanted to post some pics anyway… Happy Easter!!
SO CUTE! I know Peeps are the king of processed, gelatin filled yuck… but they did make this centerpiece look adorable.
This is the dressing I made for the Avacado and Grapefruit Salad below….THIS was delish!!
This was a very yummy pasta salad that I hope to veganize at some point… lots of cream…
